Over the years, the MUK has developed a large number of effective processes for quality assurance, which were newly systematized during the last accreditation period.
In the fall of 2018, the MUK quality management system was expanded in a first step to include a person responsible for quality management. In a further step, a quality team was formed by adding a certified quality manager. The organizational assignment of the person responsible for quality management took place in a leading position, divisional management of quality management, directly to the rector.
After a status quo survey and analysis under external consultation, a new systematization of quality assurance at the MUK was discussed in quality conferences with department heads and heads of study programs, and the written form of the new system was communicated. The MUK Quality Management and Organization Manual was also updated with the cooperation of all the MUK departments.
