Dear MUK teachers,
dear MUK students,
with the form below teachers can apply for a room for distance teaching and students for a practice room.
If possible, we will give preference to requests for rooms from examination candidates.
The location Johannesgasse 4a is already open Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:15. The locations Bräunerstraße 5 and Singerstraße 26 will be open at the same times from 3 June 2020.
We allocate units of 1.5 to 2 hours each, depending on the course of study and room availability. In the form you can choose between four time within which we will look for an available unit when processing your application. If no room is available, we will assign a different time on the same day if possible. Students should note that if there is a high demand for rooms for classes, the availability of practice rooms will be limited and confirmation may not be possible until the day before the desired date.
In order to allow as many people as possible to benefit from rooms, we limit room requests to a maximum of two units per day (if available, also immediately after each other). Please complete the form separately for each required exercise unit and enter your MUK e-mail address in the form!
The registration period for the respective day ends at 12:00 noon of the previous day or for assembly at 12:00 noon of the Friday before. Please note that the MUK will be closed on Monday, June 1 and Thursday, June 11 due to public holidays. The registration period for Tuesday, June 2 ends on Friday, May 29, 12:00 noon; the registration period for Friday, June 12 ends on Wednesday, June 10, 12:00 noon.
Please note that a room will only be reserved for you once you have received a confirmation from us with details of the room and the final time! Without this confirmation, you are not permitted to enter the MUK. Please arrive shortly before your appointment and observe the currently valid rules of conduct at the MUK.
Please finish your unit on time!
Please fill out the form below, we look forward to seeing you!
Best regards from the MUK team
