You can organise and manage everything to do with your study programme using the MUKonline University Management System.
At the start of their studies, every student receives a personal email address ([RegistrationNumber]@students.muk.ac.at or [firstname.lastname@example.org]) and a mailbox via the MUKonline system. You will receive important information about your studies through this mailbox. For this reason, you must read your emails regularly and carefully. You can also redirect your emails to a private email address. In addition, MUKonline offers you a multitude of options: Registration for lectures, requesting of grades, access to examination dates, printing confirmations of registration, etc. Please note that you are responsible for managing and updating your own personal data in MUKonline (business card).
The Student Affairs Office will provide you with the PIN code to register on the system initially when you first enrol / register. If you forget your access details, you can pick up a new PIN code from the Student Affairs Office at any time.
If you do not have a PC at home, there are PCs available in the student lounge at Johannesgasse, Bräunerstrasse and Singerstrasse.
The curriculum provides information about the duration, content and structure of a study programme. The curricula of the individual study programmes can be found on the website and can also be obtained during your initial enrolment.
The Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna has WiFi available at Johannesgasse 4a (ground floor, 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor) and at Bräunerstrasse 5 (ground floor / canteen / courtyard). This is an "open" network, which is accessible free of charge WITHOUT identification.
